Linda’s 26 years’ of experience in Tourism and Business Events (meetings, incentives, conferences and events) industries places her a cut above the rest. Experience includes leading various business units within provincial tourism departments and convention bureaus, using innovative and unique approaches to solving organisational and marketing challenges. Linda has served as the General Manager of the Johannesburg Convention & Events Bureau at the Johannesburg Tourism Company (JTC), the Executive Director of the Tshwane Convention and Visitors Services Bureau, International Leisure Marketing, Visitors Services and Small Business Support. Linda has been groomed in many spheres of tourism including; visitors services, trade relations, destination marketing as well as business events (MICE) Amongst the highlights of her time, Linda established the first business tourism unit at Tourism KwaZulu-Natal and the Tshwane Convention Bureau. A seasoned project manager with proven experience in destination marketing, and business events, she brings to the team passion for developing authentic and meaningful strategies. Well-groomed in international relations and diplomacy. Linda represented her organisations at International Conferences and Congresses Association (ICCA), Southern African Association for the Conference Industry (SAACI), Society for Incentive Travel Executives (SITE), National Convention Bureau Coordinating Forum and the Medical Tourism Working Group.
